How do I proceed to make the return?
To proceed with a return, you must send the package to our warehouse within 14 days from the arrival of the order. Any package received thereafter cannot be subject to return.
All items will be inspected upon arrival at our offices. Once we confirm that the product is in perfect condition, we will contact you via email to process it as quickly as possible.
In that email, we will provide you with a coupon for the amount of the purchased item, which can be redeemed when placing a new order (the coupon amount will be deducted from the total order) or a refund of the same. The cost of shipping the item to our offices is the customer's responsibility. We recommend always sending it by certified mail to have a tracking number that proves the package has arrived or to have insurance in case of loss.
It is important to send an email to contact@vintagepalacestore.com notifying us of the return, as well as including the shipping number and the corresponding name inside the package.

In the event that you receive a damaged or clearly broken item, not consistent with the passage of time and not indicated in the product description or visible in the photos or reflected in the condition of the garment, it is necessary to contact us via email at contact@vintagepalacestore.com
Please do not return the defective item without prior notice, as in that case, we will not be able to cover the generated shipping costs.
In the case of a return, we recommend always keeping the shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
